When batch 2003–04 answered the call: ₹25,101 to PM CARES

In April 2020, with the country weeks into the COVID-19 lockdown, Principal A. K. Saxena made an appeal to the school's former students. The batch of 2003–04 responded together, contributing ₹25,101 to the PM CARES fund in the school's name.

It was a small amount and an enormous signal: even without any association, without a register, without so much as a mailing list, NERSSS alumni could find each other and act together within days.

That moment is part of why this association now exists. Imagine what a thousand connected alumni can do for the school's students, its building, and each other.
